Job Summary
Providing virtual care for patients, the full-time Arizona Licensed Nurse Practitioner will assess health status, manage acute and chronic conditions, and ensure continuity of care while working remotely from Phoenix, AZ.
Key responsibilities
- Assess patient health status and determine appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Provide virtual care including taking histories, conducting remote physicals, and prescribing medications
- Document patient information and maintain patient statistics while educating patients and families
Required qualifications
- Current Arizona NP license
- Graduate of an AMA accredited nurse practitioner program
- Experience in orthopedics
- Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants or ABSNC
- Current CPR certification
