Arizona Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To deliver high-quality, virtual-first gastrointestinal care, the full-time Arizona Licensed Nurse Practitioner will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for complex digestive conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual patient care aligned with evidence-based care models for gastrointestinal conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement comprehensive care plans
• Document patient interactions accurately within the EHR and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing
• Current certification by ANCC, AANP, or other qualifying agency as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in gastroenterology specialty in an outpatient setting
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care providers
• Willingness to obtain licensure in 2 additional states within 60 days of hire
