Arizona Licensed Nurse Reviewer

Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the onsite contract Arizona Licensed Nurse Reviewer will ensure excellent customer service, generate program reports, and participate in departmental procedure development.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures timely and accurate generation of required program reports and documentation
• Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and assists in special project execution
• Acts as a liaison within the organization to meet client needs and coordinate service delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 1-3 years of equivalent work experience (Nursing degree preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in a specialized area related to this role
• Demonstrates outstanding internal and external client service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and meet critical deadlines
