Job Summary
To shape future health care leaders, the part-time Arizona Licensed Nursing Adjunct Faculty will teach the Applied Evidence-Based Project and Practicum online, delivering engaging instruction and facilitating meaningful classroom discussions while maintaining compliance with accreditation standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction using innovative teaching methods and current industry technologies
- Facilitate meaningful classroom discussions, assess student learning, and prepare students for leadership roles in health care
- Maintain compliance with accreditation standards and support program initiatives aligned with the University's mission
Required qualifications
- A Master's (or higher) in Nursing or a Bachelor's in Nursing with a graduate degree in a relevant health care discipline from an accredited university
- Active, current, unencumbered RN license with three (3) or more years of direct patient care nursing experience
- Relevant work experience in health care policy, nursing leadership, research, or nursing management preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build supportive relationships with students
- Proficiency in English, grammar, and APA writing
