Arizona Licensed Nursing Course Manager

Job Summary

Providing academic leadership and oversight for online pre-licensure nursing courses, the full-time Remote Arizona Licensed Nursing Course Manager in Pediatric Specialty will ensure high-quality course delivery, support faculty performance, and enhance the learning experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain assigned teaching load while delivering high-quality, student-centered online instruction
• Serve as the lead subject matter expert to ensure course design, delivery, and assessment consistency across all sections
• Provide academic leadership for adjunct faculty, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance support

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required; doctoral degree (DNP or PhD) preferred
• Active, unrestricted RN license in applicable states or ability to obtain prior to hire
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience with expertise in pediatric nursing
• Experience teaching in an online or blended environment with proficiency in learning management systems
• Demonstrated experience in course coordination or academic leadership within nursing education
