Job Summary

Passionate about shaping future health care leaders, the part-time Adjunct Faculty in Complex Disease Management will deliver engaging online instruction, maintain accreditation compliance, and facilitate meaningful discussions while supporting students' leadership development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality online instruction using innovative teaching methods and current technologies
• Facilitate classroom discussions, assess student learning, and prepare students for leadership roles in health care
• Model the holistic tenets of the nursing profession and uphold the university's mission and values

Required qualifications

• Master's (or higher) in Nursing or Bachelor's in Nursing with a relevant graduate degree from an accredited university
• Active, current, unencumbered RN license with three or more years of direct patient care nursing experience
• Relevant work experience in health care policy, nursing leadership, research, or nursing management preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build supportive relationships with students
• Commitment to modeling the university's mission and values
