Job Summary

To shape the nurses of the future, the full-time Online Didactic Faculty - Level 1 will teach online undergraduate courses, develop engaging instructional activities, and foster a culture of learning while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Teach online undergraduate courses and prepare engaging activities that stimulate classroom discussions
• Develop and provide instruction utilizing current teaching methodologies and technologies
• Compile, administer, and grade examinations and assignments while mentoring students outside of classroom hours

Required qualifications

• Master's degree (MSN) required; Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) preferred
• Two years of direct patient care nursing experience required
• Active, current, and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Arizona or a compact state
• Experience teaching at the baccalaureate level required
• Experience teaching online for an ADN or BSN program strongly preferred
