Arizona Licensed Nursing Program Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing clinical compliance and student progression, the part-time Arizona Licensed Nursing Program Coordinator will oversee clinical affiliations, evaluate student data for accreditation, and maintain communication with students to ensure compliance with university policies in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and escalate non-compliance issues related to clinical attendance to the Program Chair
• Collaborate with the Program Chair to develop and revise program resources, policies, and processes to enhance the student experience
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with State Board of Nursing regulations and accreditation standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of administrative support experience
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in administrative support within a nursing program
• Proficiency in project management and Microsoft Office
