Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert - Practical Nursing, (part time up to full time hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop lecture content, learning activities, assignments, and assessments following an instructional plan
• Create quiz and exam questions in various formats and provide evidence-based rationales
• Collaborate with instructional designers and academic leadership throughout the course development cycle

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing or a closely related field
• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Experience designing PN-level curriculum and instructional content
• Proficiency with Canvas LMS and best practices for online education
• Expertise in assessment development, including rubrics and learning outcome alignment
