• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes for assignments
• Manage employee relations, including coaching, performance reviews, and exit interviews

Required qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role with multi-level client communication
• HR and data management experience
• Demonstrable success in managing a team or process
