Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outpatient Therapist, licensed in Arizona, for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling via telehealth
• Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona license through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW)
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Experience in outpatient, mental health, substance use, or crisis settings strongly desired
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth platforms
