Job Summary
To support a growing outpatient practice, the part-time or full-time Arizona Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) will primarily deliver telehealth services, conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual therapy, with optional in-person sessions available based on preference and patient need.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and deliver evidence-based individual therapy primarily via telehealth
- Develop and manage treatment plans tailored to patient goals and monitor clinical progress
- Document clearly in the electronic health record and collaborate with other providers to coordinate care
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in good standing
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field
- 2+ years of outpatient experience preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems and Google Workspace
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
