Job Summary
To support a national litigation team, the remote Arizona Licensed Paralegal will manage investigations, preserve evidence, and maintain evidence databases while assisting with legal hold requests and litigation discovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform investigation and file management duties related to legal hold and litigation discovery requests under attorney supervision
- Obtain and manage client documents, identifying potentially relevant materials for each case
- Coordinate efforts between client personnel, attorneys, and outside vendors while maintaining organized evidentiary data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience with legal holds and evidence preservation
- Experience with auto liability insurance matters/cases
- Proficiency with data entry and document management systems
