Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Services Associate Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise pre-service staff and workflows, ensuring financial clearance for patients
• Conduct hiring, training, performance evaluations, and manage staff workflow
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring accurate patient information and eligibility verification

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Management or equivalent education/experience
• 3-5 years of office management and/or leadership experience in healthcare insurance and billing
• Proficiency in common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and human relations skills
