Job Summary

A company is looking for a PFS Representative CBO AR Denial Follow Up.

Key Responsibilities

• Check status on claims via payer portals, phone calls, or emails to resolve denials and ensure payment
• Research payments, denials, and accounts to determine discrepancies and make necessary appeals
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external customers to address billing and payment issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• One or more years of experience in patient financial services, financial, collecting services, or insurance industry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of common office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
• Preferred experience with the company's systems and processes, as well as cash collections
