Job Summary

A company is looking for a HME Patient Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls for new orders and service requests, providing assistance to customers
  • Obtain and enter accurate intake information from health care providers to initiate the referral process
  • Complete insurance verification and follow up with payers, providers, and billing entities
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with commonly used office software products
  • Ability to learn new software applications
  • Previous experience in customer service or familiarity with home medical equipment is preferred
