Arizona Licensed Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

To support the finance team, the part-time Arizona Licensed Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate, timely full-cycle payroll processing and reconciliation for domestic employees in a flexible hybrid/remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Processing and issuing wage and fee payments for salaried and hourly employees across multiple cycles
• Reconciling complex payroll data, including earnings, tax withholdings, and deductions
• Preparing and auditing monthly and quarterly payroll reports and executing year-end payroll procedures

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle payroll processing and payroll accounting
• Proficiency in SAP and ADP software preferred
• Strong analytical skills with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting while collaborating with a team
• Local residency in the Phoenix area for periodic team meetings
