Job Summary

To support the launch of behavioral health and medical services in Arizona, an Arizona Licensed Pediatrician Consultant will engage in payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities in a flexible, part-time, contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes and maintain credentialing documentation
• Engage in meetings related to network expansion and market launch, including user research interviews
• Identify and facilitate introductions to local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
• Board-certified Pediatrician
• Active DEA registration
• Ability to credential with commercial and government payers
• Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred
