Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Performance Improvement Program Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the development and standardization of medical staff performance evaluation programs
  • Oversee Medical Staff peer review processes and ensure data integrity and reporting
  • Support the effectiveness of the Performance Improvement Program and assist with limited Director duties in their absence
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Current RN license in the state of Arizona required
  • Minimum 1 year of performance improvement experience required
  • Five years of clinical experience in an acute hospital setting required
  • Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements, with CMS knowledge required and TJC preferred
