Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy 340B Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the 340B program, ensuring compliance and effective utilization
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the 340B program
• Conduct audits and reporting to monitor compliance and optimize program performance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduation from an accredited school of Pharmacy (Doctorate preferred)
• Arizona State Board of Pharmacist License (required for Pharmacists)
• Licensed with State Board of Pharmacy and certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (required for Pharmacy Technicians)
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a 340B covered entity
• Advanced skills in Microsoft applications and experience with Cerner EMR (preferred)
