Job Summary

To support high-volume Pharmacy Technician hiring, the full-time hybrid Arizona Licensed Pharmacy Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partner with pharmacy leadership, and build localized talent pipelines in the Gilbert/Mesa area.

Key responsibilities

• Own the recruitment process for certified and trainee Pharmacy Technicians, efficiently moving candidates through sourcing, screening, and offers
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Managers to identify staffing needs and coordinate rapid interview processes
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines by establishing relationships with local pharmacy technician schools and vocational programs

Required qualifications

• 2-3+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume environments
• Experience recruiting Pharmacy Technicians or healthcare professionals is highly preferred
• Familiarity with pharmacy technician licensing and Arizona State Board of Pharmacy requirements is a plus
• Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and high-volume sourcing tools
• Ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity at the Gilbert/Mesa facility
