Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations/Call Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads and supervises a team of pharmacy service representatives and operations staff
  • Ensures compliance with CMS regulations regarding call handling metrics and staffing coverage
  • Assists pharmacy leadership with KPI reporting and program audits


Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in health care, preferably in a health-related call center environment
  • Knowledge of prescription drug products and medical/pharmacy terminology
  • Experience in designing and evaluating call center productivity metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
  • Supervisory/leadership experience preferred
