Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations/Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and supervises a team of pharmacy service representatives and operations staff
- Ensures compliance with CMS regulations regarding call handling metrics and staffing coverage
- Assists pharmacy leadership with KPI reporting and program audits
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in health care, preferably in a health-related call center environment
- Knowledge of prescription drug products and medical/pharmacy terminology
- Experience in designing and evaluating call center productivity metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
- Supervisory/leadership experience preferred
