Arizona Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to work from home in Arizona on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to Prior Authorization Requests by handling inbound calls and electronic inquiries professionally
• Process and Review Authorization Requests using clinical information systems to determine coverage eligibility
• Support Clinical and Pharmacy Operations by gathering clinical data for consultations and ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active National (PTCB) and/or AZ State Board of Pharmacy Technician Licensure
• 6+ months of experience in Customer Service/Customer Relations with Healthcare professionals
• Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends
• Must reside within Arizona for consideration
