Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Work From Home.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operations of the Retro DUR Clinical Pharmacy staff through outreach and data management
- Educate Case Managers on medication utilization and conduct prescriber outreach for initiatives
- Train and mentor new Clinical Support Technician Staff while identifying opportunities for departmental improvement
Required Qualifications
- 4 or more years of relevant experience
- Valid Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to interpret Pharmacy Claims data and proficiency in pharmacy systems
- Previous provider/pharmacy outreach experience
