Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Prior Authorizations - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide assistance through the prior authorization process
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant regulations
• Assist with additional tasks such as outbound calls and processing prior authorizations

Required Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in customer service or a call center environment
• Ability to work from home with wired high-speed internet
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic pharmaceutical knowledge related to terminology and protocols
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
