Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat center patients in accordance with standards of care
• Assist in coordinating patient services and monitor care quality
• Complete medical record documentation in a timely manner and participate in quality care discussions

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain one in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program
• Engagement in integrated team-based care model
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a value-based care setting
• Ability to comply with licensing, certification, and accrediting body requirements
