Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Physician Recruiting Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire leader/physician recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit and summarize candidate information for hiring authorities
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate candidates and negotiate employment terms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public relations, marketing, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in executive, leader, and/or physician recruitment
• Strong knowledge of business and healthcare environments
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to conceptualize and plan for future recruitment needs based on market knowledge
