Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and formulate diagnoses via telehealth
Develop individualized treatment plans and manage psychotropic medications

Required Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program
Active, unrestricted Arizona PMHNP license & DEA
Board Certification (PMHNP-BC)
Experience or passion for working with youth and families
Comfort practicing in a telehealth environment
