Job Summary
To support the organization's Risk Adjustment program goals, the full-time Arizona Licensed Population Health Nurse will manage clinical and operational coordination efforts, collaborate with healthcare teams, and provide education on risk adjustment tools in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Risk Adjustment Factor tools, ensuring effective implementation and training for network physicians
- Establish collaborative relationships with healthcare providers and third-party vendors to communicate clinical information and fulfill regulatory requirements
- Analyze and monitor clinical Risk Adjustment reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance while developing improvement plans based on trends
Required qualifications
- Current, valid RN license in the state of Arizona
- 3-5 years of related healthcare experience, demonstrating strong knowledge of healthcare provider relations
- Effective relationship development and communication skills for individual and group settings
- Proficiency in personal software applications, including word processing and spreadsheet generation
- Critical thinking and project management capabilities
