Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Litigation Attorney in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess the merits of clients' Personal Injury claims
• Represent clients in Personal Injury matters and prepare legal documents
• Develop legal strategies, conduct research, and negotiate settlements

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the Arizona Bar
• 5 - 10 years of experience in Personal Injury law
• Ability to manage a robust case load independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of Arizona laws, regulations, and procedures required
