Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Arizona Licensed Prior Authorization Pharmacist will review and complete prior authorization requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Review and complete prior authorization requests based on established criteria
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in prior authorization
• Maintain accuracy while processing each authorization request

Required qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state of residence
• Previous pharmacy experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or Prior Authorization adjudication preferred
• Smartphone required for login verification
• Must have a high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload)
• Private work area required for secure handling of confidential information
