Job Summary

Arizona Licensed PRN Therapist, responsible for providing high-quality behavioral health care to older adult patients on an as-needed basis in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver therapeutic services including group, individual, and family therapy
• Engage in community education initiatives regarding the importance of behavioral health for older adults
• Facilitate treatment team meetings and ensure compliance with documentation and patient-centered treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Valid Arizona license in Social Work or Counseling (LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
• Experience in providing care to older adult patients
• Commitment to working with kindness and accountability
• Ability to work in a remote setting
• Knowledge of behavioral health practices and compliance standards
