Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the fully remote Arizona Licensed PRN Therapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care, participate in community education, and ensure compliance with treatment plans and documentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to deliver therapeutic services in a geriatric intensive outpatient environment
• Engage in community education initiatives on the importance of behavioral health for older adults
• Facilitate treatment team meetings and maintain compliant documentation within prescribed timelines

Required qualifications

• Licensed in Social Work or Counseling (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) as recognized by the state of Arizona
• Commitment to working with kindness and accountability to enhance patient quality of life
