Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Manager who will oversee procurement activities to ensure the timely and compliant acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process requisitions in Workday for accuracy and compliance
  • Create and issue purchase orders while confirming budget availability
  • Maintain documentation for contracts and collaborate with vendors and internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, supply chain management, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, accounting, or financial operations
  • Experience in multi-site organizations or education/nonprofit environments is a plus
  • Must possess or obtain valid Arizona Department of Public Safety IVP fingerprint clearance card
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Workday preferred
