Job Summary
To enhance member and provider outcomes, the full-time Arizona Licensed Senior Manager of Special Program Initiatives will design, develop, implement, and manage community-based programs while overseeing provider services for special populations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and oversee special programs and initiatives to support provider services
- Analyze data to report outcomes and recommend program adjustments based on findings
- Act as a liaison with state and system partners to expand programs for shared members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, healthcare, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 6+ years of related behavioral health experience, including 3 years in project management or program development
- Experience supervising a diverse staff in a healthcare setting
- Extensive experience in program development or implementation
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
