Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Specialist II to oversee the implementation of assigned programs and lead the development of initiatives to improve service delivery and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement new programs, including project and work plans
Analyze and interpret outcome data and present findings to management
Direct cross-departmental teams in the implementation of program development and improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Master's degree in a healthcare-related field
3+ years of behavioral or physical health experience
Licensure as RN, LPC, LISAC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred
Candidate must reside in the state of Arizona
Masters Degree or higher required for Arizona candidates
