Job Summary
To support a dynamic legal team, the part-time Arizona Licensed Project Attorney will respond to complex client inquiries, ensure adherence to project protocols, and collaborate effectively with internal teams while working onsite.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to complex inquiries from customers and clients through various communication methods
- Adhere to standard protocols and implement feedback from project managers and supervisors
- Create and update scripting and procedures for claims and correspondence teams to align with project goals
Required qualifications:
- JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree with an LLM
- Strong technical orientation and excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex ideas
- Ability to manage changing priorities and support business needs
- Customer service-focused with a flexible approach to problem-solving
