Arizona Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic, cross-functional initiatives, an Arizona Licensed Project Manager will lead multiple projects from planning through successful delivery in a 100% remote, contract engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects, developing plans, timelines, and communication strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate project meetings while managing risks and stakeholder expectations
• Track project progress, provide regular status updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable project management certification is a plus
