Job Summary
Working remotely, the Arizona Licensed Property Claim Associate will participate in structured training to develop skills in managing 1st party property claims while servicing clients in and around Central, Northwest, and Southeast Phoenix, AZ.
Key responsibilities
- Actively participate in training covering insurance policies and claim processes
- Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision
- Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party providers
Required qualifications
- Must be licensed in Arizona as a Property Claim Associate
- Ability to work remotely and travel to various residential and commercial locations
- Willingness to relocate at own expense to the assigned territory if not currently residing there
- Completion of a comprehensive training program lasting 9-12 months
- Strong interest in the insurance industry and claims management
