Arizona Licensed Property Claim Associate

Job Summary

To support property claims in Prescott, AZ, the full-time Arizona Licensed Property Claim Associate will engage in comprehensive training while managing 1st party property claims remotely, conducting investigations, and maintaining communication with customers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in structured training on insurance policies and claims processes
• Investigate and document 1st party property claims under supervision
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, and internal teams

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license as required by state law
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn claims management software
• Bachelor's Degree or previous internship/work experience in customer service or insurance preferred
