Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Manager to oversee retail properties and maximize asset value.

Key Responsibilities

• Support leasing efforts and maintain relationships with tenants to expand business opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.)
• Real Estate License
• At least 5 years of experience in retail property management
• In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
