Job Summary
Working remotely in Arizona, the full-time Provider Advocate will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, resolving issues efficiently through calls and chats while navigating multiple systems and promoting digital self-service tools.
Key responsibilities
- Advocate for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues
- Manage provider interactions across multiple channels, including calls, chats, and emails
- Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues to prevent repeat inquiries and enhance provider satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer concerns
- Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate new systems
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility for varying shifts during business hours
