Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Arizona Licensed Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage the end-to-end enrollment process for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end provider enrollment process for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers
• Prepare, submit, and track enrollment applications, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact between providers and insurance payers to resolve enrollment issues and expedite approvals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare revenue cycle management
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes
• Experience working with provider enrollment and credentialing platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
