Arizona Licensed Provider Relations Advocate

Job Summary

Supporting provider network performance, the full-time Senior Provider Relations Advocate will develop relationships, resolve complex claims issues, and educate providers on policies while working remotely in Arizona.

Key responsibilities

• Develop provider relationships and facilitate meetings and training
• Resolve complex claims and operational issues while identifying trends for process improvement
• Collaborate across claims, contracting, compliance, and operational teams to support network initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare or managed care experience
• 3+ years of provider relations or provider network experience
• Medicare and/or Medicaid experience
• Experience working directly with physician groups or hospitals
• Solid claims knowledge
