Job Summary

Providing compassionate medical care to patients with COPD and other pulmonary conditions, the full-time Arizona Licensed Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner will conduct health assessments, manage patient records, and collaborate with healthcare teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage care for COPD patients, ensuring medication compliance and coordinating follow-ups
• Deliver evidence-based care to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction while reducing hospitalizations
• Conduct patient assessments in both home and virtual environments, and document all relevant medical information

Required qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license
• Board certification by ANCC or AANP
• Current and unrestricted DEA certificate
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a pulmonology setting
• Strong background in patient assessment, diagnosis, and management of pulmonary diseases
