Job Summary
Providing compassionate medical care to patients with COPD and other pulmonary conditions, the full-time Arizona Licensed Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner will conduct health assessments, manage patient records, and collaborate with healthcare teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage care for COPD patients, ensuring medication compliance and coordinating follow-ups
- Deliver evidence-based care to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction while reducing hospitalizations
- Conduct patient assessments in both home and virtual environments, and document all relevant medical information
Required qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license
- Board certification by ANCC or AANP
- Current and unrestricted DEA certificate
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a pulmonology setting
- Strong background in patient assessment, diagnosis, and management of pulmonary diseases
