Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the health plan's Quality of Care program, managing clinical case reviews and quality investigations
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, CMS, state, and accreditation requirements while directing root cause analyses
• Develop and standardize operational workflows and policies to ensure audit readiness and timely resolution of care issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent training and experience
• Knowledge of hospital operations and quality management processes
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to interact effectively across departments and organizations
• Working knowledge of risk management and regulatory programs
