Job Summary
To support a growing real estate technology platform, the part-time Arizona Licensed Real Estate Advisor will serve as the first point of contact for home buyers and sellers, managing inbound leads and conducting consultative conversations to guide clients through their real estate needs remotely from the Greater Phoenix area.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for clients interested in buying or selling homes through the platform
- Handle inbound leads with follow-up calls, ensuring a personalized and high-touch client experience
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems and follow up to support a seamless experience
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as sales or client services
- Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience managing inbound leads or conducting consultative conversations over the phone
- Customer-first mindset focused on delivering quality interactions
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard business tools
