Job Summary

Serving as the Resident Real Estate Broker in Arizona, the contractor will provide essential broker services remotely, ensuring compliance with state regulations while managing real estate activities under HouseCanary's supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Provide resident broker services in accordance with Arizona Department of Real Estate requirements and state statutes
• Maintain records and professional conduct as per Arizona regulations and HouseCanary policies
• Assist HouseCanary's broker of record and support staff with compliance tasks as needed

Required qualifications

• Active Arizona broker or broker associate level real estate license in good standing
• Working knowledge of Arizona real estate license law and procedures
• Willingness to assist with compliance tasks and support brokerage operations
