A company is looking for a Real Estate Signing Agent in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct General Notary or Real Estate RON sessions in compliance with state law
• Verify signer identity using Knowledge-Based Authentication and biometric tools
• Review documents for completeness and execute notarizations efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Active commissions as a notary public in a RON-authorized state
• NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent
• Completion of a RON Education Course
• Valid Digital Certificate from IdenTrust and background check dated within a year
