Job Summary
Supporting the Talent Acquisition team, the part-time Arizona Licensed Recruiting Coordinator will manage candidate sourcing, schedule interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process while ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, maintaining a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Track and support the completion of the pre-employment process and onboarding activities for new hires
- Assist in sourcing and screening applicants, as well as managing general administrative tasks related to recruitment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of related experience in Human Resources or Recruitment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System
- Knowledge of state and federal HR regulations related to employment
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
